The free preview includes 3 story listens each month. Premium unlocks the full listening library, offline downloads, and up to 3 custom stories each month.

Subscriptions renew through Apple. Parents can restore purchases and open App Store subscription management from the iOS app's Parent Zone.

Helpful details

Include whether you were using the iOS app or Alexa skill, the approximate time of the issue, and the story title if the problem involved playback.

Account and privacy requests

Account deletion is handled from the iOS app's Parent Zone. Use the same support address for account deletion, family data, subscription, restore, or privacy questions.
